Streaming a presentation to the screen in a given lecture hall is connected with granting host tools to the person planning the stream, which requires the presence of both the Academia administrator and the person preparing the presentation. Then, from the computer, the desktop or a window with the material is shared by clicking the button in the upper right part of the screen (three dots) and selecting the “Share screen” tool.
